David ReesDavid Rees

Resourcing specialist with over 20 years' experience of recruitment and the staffing services industry. His corporate life was in account management and delivery roles for major industry players such as Securicor Recruitment Services, Capita RAS and Hays Personnel Solutions. David has an Honours Degree and is BPS Level ‘A’ accredited.

Since starting in consultancy in 2002, he has applied this knowledge of good recruitment practice whilst working on projects with numerous clients, from SMEs to large organisations such as Bombardier Transportation, Smiths Aerospace, Exel, The University of Southampton and Uniq Prepared Foods. He believes that good recruitment practice is made up of the same component parts whatever the specialism – concentrate in improving key metrics and, as doctors always say, prevention is better than cure!

Other team members include Catherine Price (FCIPD qualified screening and assessment specialist) and Jan Cowan (role definition, interviews and skills assessment) backed up by administrators and other consultants as required.

Office manager, who runs the back office, invoicing, accounts and administration. Lindsay has a B.A. in French, and previous experience in a variety of telecoms organisations.
