Uniq Prepared Foods

Needing to recruit 15 New Product Development staff with overstretched internal HR resources was looking like a tough project for convenience foods manufacturer Uniq. However, appointing Recruitment Doctor as an independent ‘Managing Agent’ to act as the interface between all recruitment agencies and hiring managers provided the extra project management resource needed to succeed. Our role was to:

log and map candidate CVs on a central database
screen against agreed criteria using telephone interviews
design and deliver assessment centres
arrange interviews with Uniq hiring managers
provide regular reports and updates

All positions were filled with managers seeing on average only 2 candidates for each vacancy.
